Delegates at large are appointed from the active members to serve on the Officers' Board Committee. The delegates at large carry out the purposes of the organization through participation at the Officers' Board meetings.
Delegate at large represents no specific team and usually chosen by election vote given his experienced background and must be neutral with the well-being of CBAD and USADB on his conscience.
