Doug Mader graduated from Indiana School for the Deaf in 1987 and was a contributing member of 1987 National Champions basketball team. In the year of 2000, Doug started to get involved with USADB and worked with late Ricky Osgood. Since then, Doug attended CAAD and USADB tournaments as a delegate. He was the tournament director for CAAD 2000, 2001, 2002, and USADB 2002 in Indianapolis. Doug resides in Brownsburg, Indiana with wife Robin, 4 sons and 4 dogs.
